The website is partially compliant with the Law of April 4, 2019 on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities due to inconsistencies or exclusions listed below:

- Video content provided does not have audiodescription.
- Occasionally, text graphics are used to convey information.
- Some PDF and Word files are not digitally accessible.

Request and complaint procedure
Anyone has the right to request that UKW provide digital accessibility of a designated website, mobile application or an element of a website or mobile application and digitally inaccessible elements, or to make it available by an alternative means of access, for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without audiodescription, etc.
The request referred to in paragraph 1 shall include:
- contact information of the person making the request;
- indication of the website, mobile application or element of the UKW website or mobile application to be digitally accessible;
- indication of the method of contact with the person making the request;
- indication of an alternative method of access, if applicable.
Provision of digital accessibility of the UKW website, mobile application or website element, or mobile application shall be made without undue delay, but no later than within 7 days from the date of the request.
If it is not possible to meet the deadline referred to in paragraph 3, the public entity shall immediately inform the person making the request when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but the deadline shall not be more than 2 months from the date of the request.
If the provision of digital accessibility of the UKW's website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application cannot take place within the timeframe referred to in paragraph 4, the UKW shall immediately notify the person making the request of the reasons for the delay and the timeframe within which it will provide digital accessibility of the indicated website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application, but no longer than two months from the date of the request.
The University shall refuse to provide digital accessibility of an element of the website or mobile application if this would involve a risk of compromising the integrity or reliability of the information provided.
If the University is unable to provide digital accessibility of an element of the website or mobile application in accordance with the request, it shall immediately notify the person making the request of the reasons for the inability to provide digital accessibility of the indicated element and indicate an alternative way to access the element.
In the event of a refusal to provide accessibility to the digital website, mobile application or designated element of the UKW website or mobile application indicated in the request, or in the event of a refusal to use an alternative means of access by the person making the request, in accordance with paragraph 7, the person has the right to file a complaint on the provision of accessibility to the digital website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.
The provisions of Section VIII of the Act of June 14, 1960 shall apply to complaints considered in proceedings to ensure the accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or an element of a website or mobile application. - Administrative Procedure Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2096, and 2019, items 60 and 730).
