How to Apply
Kazimierz Wielki University welcomes many Erasmus+ and exchange students every year. Our International Relations Office, Erasmus+ coordinators, and Buddy students are here to support you throughout your mobility.
Step 1 – Check the partnership
First, check if your home university has an Erasmus+ agreement with Kazimierz Wielki University. You can usually find this information on your university’s website or by contacting your international office.
Step 2 – Apply at your home university
If a partnership exists, apply for the exchange programme through your home university. After you are selected, your university will officially nominate you and send us your contact details.
Step 3 – Complete your application
After the nomination, you will receive instructions on how to complete your online application and upload the required documents.

Required Documents
To complete your application, please upload the following documents to your account in the registration system:
- Application Form
After completing the application, download the form from the “Documents and Further Steps” section, sign it, and upload it together with the other documents. - Transcript of Records
A recent transcript of your studies or a copy of your latest university diploma. - Language Certificate
Proof of English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level. - Scanned Identification
A scanned copy of your passport or national ID card.
Before the start of your mobility period, you must complete the Online Learning Agreement (OLA). This document helps organise your course selection and ensures recognition of your studies.

Additional Language Courses
The university offers free language courses for Erasmus+ students:
Polish language course – 20 hours (no credits, certificate only)
English language course – 30 hours (4 ECTS)
The English course can be included in your Learning Agreement. The Polish course cannot be added to the Learning Agreement and will not appear on the final transcript, but participants receive a certificate of completion.
