Erasmus+ students spent the first week of the semester in a pleasant and exciting atmosphere. Students participated in an orientation week, the so-called welcome week.
The week began with a welcome meeting accompanied by the presentation of student ID cards and goodie bags with UKW and EU logos. The second day was entirely about ice-breaking and getting to know each other. This was to be achieved through integration activities, cultural workshops and quizzes with prizes. Among the attractions organized by the International Relations Office were karaoke in a local club, sightseeing of Bydgoszcz and Toruń, where gingerbread baking workshops are always a highlight of the program. On the initiative of English Philology student Paulina Wilczewska and with the participation of our devoted buddies, a city game was carried out - another excellent opportunity to learn more about our University and our beautiful city. We wish the new UKW students a pleasant stay, lots of successes and many unforgettable moments!
