RODO: information on the principles of personal data processing for the implementation of mobility projects of the Erasmus+ Programme
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the RODO Regulation), we inform you that:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is Kazimierz Wielki University with its seat in Bydgoszcz (postal code 85-064) at 30 Chodkiewicza Street.
2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector supervising the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via e-mail address: iod@ukw.edu.pl.
3. Personal data made available to the Administrator through the submission of an application form for a scholarship within the Erasmus+ Programme will be processed for the following purposes:
a) recruitment of participants for mobility within the Erasmus+ Programme (through IRK system),
b) acceptance of the nominated persons at the host university,
c) conclusion of an individual scholarship agreement and payment of the scholarship (concerning Eramsus+ with Partner Countries projects),
d) reporting of the results of the mobility project in the manner specified in the financial agreement concluded between Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme).
4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), and then the necessity to perform the contract to which you will be a party (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
5. Your personal data will not be disclosed to external entities, except in cases provided for by law (the Erasmus+ Programme operator, the Foundation for the Development of the Education System - FRSE, the partner University).
6. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in section 3 and the period necessary to fulfil the Administrator's archiving and statistical obligations.
7. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority; the supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data.
9. The provision of your data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected; without the provision of your data it will not be possible to participate in the Erasmus+ Programme.
10. We do not intend to carry out automated decision-making or profiling on the basis of your data.
