Erasmus students can apply for accommodation in our student house. We can offer single (700 zl per month) or double (560 zlotys per month) rooms. To be taken into consideration you have to answer 'yes' to the question: 'Are you interested in accommodation in our student house?'. The question is part of the application form in our online registration system IRKA. You will receive all the details regarding application process once you are nominated by your home university.
Please keep in mind that number of rooms is limited so ‘first apply, first served’ rule is applied. Practically speaking, it may happen, especially if you apply at the very last day, that we will not be able to offer you a room or that we will be able to offer you accommodation in a double rooom instead of a requested single room.

Students are obliged to pay the full accommodation fee together with a refundable deposit of 500 zlotys at the beginning of their stay. There is no need to make any payment before arrival in Bydgoszcz. Bathroom is shared by two rooms (3 persons). One kitchen is available on each floor. You have to have your own: kitchen utensils, cutlery, mugs, plates, pots, frying pans, dishwashing liquid, etc. Bed covering (pillow, duvet and bed linen), towels, toiletries are not provided as well. You can buy all the necessary bed linen and utensils in IKEA or JYSK. Sometimes students who go home after the semester leave their kitchen utensils. You can buy some stuff such as bed linen before arrival and send it to the address of your buddy student, if she/he agrees.
The reception works 24/7 so you can arrive at the dormitory any time day or night. Please present your passport (non-EU citizens) or other ID document to the receptionist upon arrival.
